One year limited warranty*. The buyer authorizes the seller to verify name, address and signature with a valid ID. All sales are final. On starting day buyer must pay 50% of the total price. If buyer paying method is card a 2.9% fee will be charged. When finish the buyer must pay the remaining balance. Project is considered finish when concrete is pour. Buyer agrees that if project is cancel he shall pay the seller 50% of the total price on same day of cancellation, frailer to pay will result on collection actions. The buyer agrees that if the balance of this contract is not paid on date of completion there will be a fee of $100 per day. If check is bounced there will be a $50.00 fee and payment will only be accepted in cash. Projects are considered completed when the concrete is pour. If buyer has a balance after 7 days after project was completed their account will be send to collections. Buyer shall pay all costs of collection including reasonable attorney's fees. The seller is not responsible for damage or covered sprinkler lines. The seller is not responsible for damage pipes. Buyer assumes full responsibility for locations of property lines upon which said materials are to be installed and agrees to hold the seller harmless for all claims. Buyer is responsible for all building permit(s). Buyer is responsible for containing all pets away during constructions process. Seller is not responsible for injury or loss of pet(s) as a result of negligence. Buyer agrees to pay extra fees if any additional work is need. Buyer is responsible for clearing all working area; failure will result on additional cost. Buyer agrees that colors can vary. Sealer installation can take up to 3 weeks. *Warranty will be effective when the project is paid in full. The warranty covers one repair only. After first repair the warranty will expire. This warranty does not apply to, and is waived by the buyer as to, any construction work that has been subjected to an accident, misuse and/or abuse, nor does it apply to any construction work that has been modified, altered, defaced, and/or had repairs made/attempted by the homeowner or others. The warranty does not cover against flood, fire, wind, hail, snow, erosion, ground movements, or damage caused by third parties or acts of negligence of the buyer. Repairs are not warranty. Buyer must notify by sending an email to prestigefileclaims@gmail.com (include copy of receipt and pictures of damage area) within 20 days after you discover major cracks or major pop-outs if buyer fails to this, warranty will be void. Original receipt must be present to file a repair frailer to this will result on void warranty. Repairs may take up to 6 months.
